Question by JDUBYA!: Hockey: The StL Blues season is over?
Well, we got tricked into thinking they were going to repeat there performance from last year and it isn’t going to happen again. I think the front office made a big mistake during the trade deadline with the lack of involvement in getting rid of some old guys for draft picks. Brewer is horrible, Mason has had his time. Kariya is coming off double hip surgery so I will give him the benefit of the doubt and McDonald fumbles more then Adrian Peterson. I have been saying it for a long time and I believed earlier in the year that if the Blues didn’t make some moves to plan for the future, instead of thinking of the playoffs, it would hurt them in the long run. It’s over and they wont be able to climb out of this hole with the few number of games remaining to surpass teams that now include Minnesota, Calgary and Detroit. So long Season. See ya next year.
