my wish is they would use 08 version as model..and just update..and twweek that game.. 09 and after ahave all sucked they took awy the good parts, kept the bad parts, made the players graphics less realistic,more like 2k graphics now wich suck.. it was almost a perfect game just a few tweks but they went and completely changed.. i used to be addicted to game, but in 09 i couldnt even get into game and was unable to do anything… so i still play 08 on ps2 lol
my wish is the commentators always talk about diving and ive never seen diving be called

have to disagree with poke checking being “too effective”. I’ve played NHL religiously since 94, so by now I’m phenominal at poke checking and never have I had such a difficult time doing it then in this years version. Sticks go right through the puck sometimes, yet others you dont even hit the puck and it works. Another way NHL10 rewards poor players and punishes good ones.
@RollerCoaster47 im saying they should get changed because they have been in the game for a long time and maybe its time for a switch (yes they are good announcers byt getting kind of old) and i dont think there was broken glass in nhl 09
@getallgunzhere I’m pretty sure NHL09 had the broken glass. I remember a couple times when I hit guys the whistle blew immediately because the glass shattered. Why would you want new announcers though. Gary Thorne is like the best announcer of all time and Bill Clement is pretty good too. I admit though they should have them record some more things to say though, more variety.
1.Getting waved out of face offs
2.Too many men call
3.Be a pro guy can go to the olympics if good enough
4.broken glass
5.refs getting hit with the puck
6. goalie interfernce
7.new announcers
8.losing, masks, helmets, gloves ect…
9.coach getting pissed at the calls
10. 2 refs and 2 linsmon

i no it wouldn’t be realistic, but every now and then ADD GOLIE FIGHTING

i think in be a pro you should get called to your nations team for world cup and olmpics,you sholud also be able to be on your teams trainings and like be in the locker room an pick a sponsor for your equipment!:)

i would be happy if there was a hockey game where the goalies skill mattered and the goalie wont fall for the same goal over and over again
how about the size of ur guy in fights counts? ive witnessed patrick kane 1 hit ko zdeno charra. also make the goalies more consistent. they save shots that should never go in and let in shots that i could save. also make the hits less effective it gets a bit extreme when a guy taps u from the side and u do a barrell roll
if your be a pro and your country is germany. you should get called to your national squd for olympics
